MinervaHub S.p.A. is a new industrial reality in the fashion industry of Italy. The company specializes in finishes and materials for luxury accessory items and is controlled by the worldwide Private Equity fund XENON. CEO Franco Prestigiacomo is in charge of the company. The new group was established on June 1, 2022, as a result of the merger by incorporation of two companies: the company Ambria Holding S.r.l., headed by chairman Matteo Marzotto, and the company XPP Seven SpA, headed by chairman Gianfranco Piras, who is also a partner in the international Private Equity fund XENON. These are two entrepreneurial realities that have aggregated in recent years some of the best companies in the sector.
