MinervaHub S.p.A., the new Italian industrial company specialized in cutting-edge finishes, materials and processes for fashion & luxury accessories, announces that it has finalized the acquisition of 100% of Goretti S.r.l., a benefit company with artisan tradition led by the Papi family, specialized in special applications and processes in the fashion sector, based in Serra de’ Conti, in the province of Ancona. The acquisition also involves the other companies in the network with Estro Lab S.r.l. innovative startup and group style office, Deadema S.r.l. company based in Forlì specialized in the production of costume jewelery and Teknomabel S.r.l. also an innovative startup based in Chiuduno, in the province of Bergamo and active in the molding of plastic components.
